Use AIsite.now responsibly
This policy applies to the marketing website and material you provide when discussing an AIsite.now project with Oplix. Use the service for legitimate business activity and respect other people’s rights. A project may have additional requirements in its agreed scope.
Provide content you can use
Only provide text, photographs, logos and other material that you own or have permission to use. Obtain appropriate permission for identifiable people, customer stories and testimonials. Do not submit private information about another person without a lawful reason and the necessary authority.
Business details, qualifications, pricing and claims should be accurate. Do not impersonate another business, fabricate reviews or misrepresent a demonstration design as a real customer’s result.
Prohibited activity
Do not use AIsite.now to:
- distribute malware, steal credentials, carry out phishing or facilitate fraud;
- threaten, harass or exploit people, or distribute unlawful material;
- infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other legal rights;
- send unsolicited bulk messages or publish deceptive offers;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or interfere with their normal operation;
- submit material that promotes illegal products or services.
If your business operates in a regulated area, explain the relevant requirements before a project is accepted. An ordinary showcase website is not confirmation that a regulated service or claim is lawful.
Keep demonstrations and systems safe
The website previews are illustrative designs. They are not customer accounts or permission to test a live customer’s systems. Do not try to bypass access restrictions or probe services that you are not authorized to test.
If you notice a security issue, report the affected URL and a brief description to info@aisite.now. Do not include passwords or other people’s private data, and do not continue an activity that could cause damage.
Reporting and response
To report misleading, harmful or rights-infringing material, contact info@aisite.now. Include the relevant URL, the reason for your concern and a way to follow up. Providing specific details helps the team assess the issue.
Oplix may decline a request or ask for content to be corrected when it conflicts with this policy. Any action concerning an accepted project must also take account of the project agreement and applicable law.
